More tradition...

As the decorating continues you may notice a trend. We love manger scenes. The large one was a beautiful gift from Nanu and YaYa to help us celebrate our first Christmas as a married couple. Then there is the Fisher Price manger scene that we Got for Malia's second Christmas so she could enjoy the Christmas story without breaking it...
Then we received a beautiful Fontanini manger scene when we moved here which we love...
And finally we received a hand painted manger scene from a good friend... Another great gift that the kids can enjoy! You may notice someone missing from all the manger scenes...that is because he has not been born yet! A great tradition Christmas morning before opening gifts is to find Baby Jesus in the manger and sing him happy birthday... And then have cake!
So as we celebrate the second week of advent we continue to prepare our hearts and home with so many great blessings!
